Description

Robbie McEwen is one of Australia's most successful cyclists.  You can spend a full day with Robbie in a variety of locations around Australia, including the Gold Coast Hinterland or the Kuring-Gai National Park North of Sydney. 


Inclusions


  • Pre-ride briefing
  • 2-3 hours on the bike led by Robbie McEwen - course dictated by fitness levels and experience of the group
  • Three course lunch at a local venue near the ride course
  • Drinks (beer, wine and soft drinks)
  • Q&A session with Robbie
  • Signed RMC merchandise
  • Ability to take photographs with Robbie and the group


Validity


  • This experience is only valid on the date confirmed and is non-refundable.

Important Information


  • Availability: The supplier will do their best to accommodate your preferred date/time for this experience, but cannot guarantee the specific date and/or tee time requested

  • Robbie McEwen: The experience provider reserves the right to change the line up of current or ex professional cyclists facilitating this experience (e.g. due to sickness or other work commitments) and will replace them with a cyclist of similar stature/experience. If a suitable and acceptable replacement cannot be secured the event will be rescheduled for when Robbie McEwen is available.

  • Fitness: This event does include physical activity and Robbie is able to tailor the ride based on the fitness and experience of your group.

  • Dress Code: Please wear cycling apparel and footwear, including a helmet. 

  • What To Bring: Please bring a change of clothes for lunch post-ride.

  • Weather Conditions: The experience will go ahead in wet or inclement weather. The experience will only be cancelled if Robbie McEwen feels the conditions will be too dangerous.

  • Cancellation Policy: This experience is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled unless my mutual agreement with The Sports Experience Company and Robbie McEwen.

  • Wheelchair Accessibility: This event is not suitable for wheelchair users.

  • Age Restrictions: Guests must be 16 years of age and older to participate.

  • Behaviour: Guests must adhere to the experience providers conditions and general etiquette standards. If guests do not comply with these rules the experience provider reserves the right to request the guests leave the event

  • Damage: Any damage to the venue or the equipment used is the responsibility of the guest

  • Spectators: This experience does not allow for non-participating spectators at the event.

  • Inclusions: Anything not included in this experience will be your responsibility and paid for on the day separately.
